European Twirling Championship
More than 700 athletes are expected to arrive in Turin for the European Twirling Championship, from the 4th to the 11th of July 2011, at Pala Ruffini.
This yearly event, missing since 2002 from Italy, is the most important competition in Europe for this sport, which combines the use of a gear-stick with body movements following a musical harmony.
The official games will be preceded and introduced by an international conference and an opening ceremony.
